How to shop at PlusCurves.dk

To make a purchase on our webshop, you must go through the following 5 steps:
  1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your personal information.
  3. Choose delivery/payment method
  4. Accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve the purchase.
Minors The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have it deleted.

We offer delivery with the following options

39 DKK for orders under 800 DKK

Home delivery: 1-3 business days

Free delivery on purchases over 800 DKK

*You have 30 days to cancel from the day you receive the item.

Cancellation, return and complaint

At PlusCurves you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return, please contact us via email and return the item in unused condition and in its original packaging.

Returns are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. When exchanging for a different size or color, we will pay the shipping for the new shipment.

We also offer a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sales Act, which covers manufacturing and material defects during normal use.

How we process your order

We will pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Pre-orders will ship as soon as the item is in stock.

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been completed. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

03.

Please contact us quickly at info@pluscurves.dk if you have any questions. Note: We cannot change the order once it has been sent.

04.

Please check that your address is correct when ordering. We do not replace packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information. If a package is returned, we will refund the order minus shipping costs.

How long does it take to process an order?

We will pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may take up to 3 days. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock. You will be notified as soon as the package has been shipped.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days in Denmark with DAO. You will receive tracking information as soon as the package has been shipped.

Can I reserve an item and pick it up in the store?

Yes! You are very welcome to visit our store and showroom at:

We are open the first Saturday of the month from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and:

Monday - Closed

Wednesday – Friday: 09.00 – 15.00
Weekend: Closed


Here you can see and try on the clothes at your leisure – and get personal advice if you need it.

If you shop online, we still offer 30-day easy returns so you can try the clothes on at home.

Can I inspect the item before I receive it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to inspect the item before delivery, but we offer a 30-day return policy, so you can try the clothing on at home and return it if it does not fit or meet your expectations.

Remember to provide your order number so we can help you more quickly.

We usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

How do I find the right size?

We know that fit is important – especially when shopping for plus size online. That's why we've created a detailed size guide with measurements for each type of clothing (T-shirt, hoodie, pants, etc.).

You will find it under each product, and you are always welcome to contact us if you are in doubt - we will be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
