Privacy Policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
The personal data is registered with PlusCurves and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.

Privacy and cookie policy

When you visit our website, we collect information about you and your device, which is used to recognize visitors and remember settings, perform analytics, operate the website, customize and improve our content, features and ads to make it more personal and relevant to you. This is done through the use of cookies.

We process the information based on our legitimate interest in measuring, customizing and improving our content and features and displaying non-personalized and non-targeted basic advertisements, cf. GDPR Art. 6, para. 1, letter f, and we collect and process the information for personalized marketing based on your consent, cf. GDPR Art. 6, para. 1, letter a.

We send the newsletters and use your contact information based on your explicit consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Section 10 of the Danish Marketing Act. You have the right to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our newsletters and SMS at any time, with effect for the future.

We also process personal data based on a legitimate interest in processing your information about interests and behavior (whether you have opened the newsletter) for marketing purposes, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We use this information to send you the newsletters, keep us informed about the number of subscribers, marketing via third-party services (social media channels, for example), improving our communication and analysis/statistics.

At the bottom of all newsletters and SMS messages is a direct link to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive newsletters and SMS messages and we will delete your email address/phone number from the contact list used to send the newsletters. We store the information necessary to document your registration and your consent to the newsletter for 2 years after unsubscribing, in order to be able to demonstrate and document that we have sent the newsletters legally, cf. the Data Protection Regulation Art. 6, subsection 1, letter c and Art. 17, subsection 3, letter e, cf. Section 93, subsection 1, no. 1 of the Danish Criminal Code

How long does it take to process an order?

We will pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may take up to 3 days. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock. You will be notified as soon as the package has been shipped.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days in Denmark with DAO. You will receive tracking information as soon as the package has been shipped.

Can I reserve an item and pick it up in the store?

Yes! You are very welcome to visit our store and showroom at:

We are open the first Saturday of the month from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and:

Monday - Closed

Wednesday – Friday: 09.00 – 15.00
Weekend: Closed


Here you can see and try on the clothes at your leisure – and get personal advice if you need it.

If you shop online, we still offer 30-day easy returns so you can try the clothes on at home.

Can I inspect the item before I receive it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to inspect the item before delivery, but we offer a 30-day return policy, so you can try the clothing on at home and return it if it does not fit or meet your expectations.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Remember to provide your order number so we can help you more quickly.

We usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

How do I find the right size?

We know that fit is important – especially when shopping for plus size online. That's why we've created a detailed size guide with measurements for each type of clothing (T-shirt, hoodie, pants, etc.).

You will find it under each product, and you are always welcome to contact us if you are in doubt - we will be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
